We learned that RNA is a copy of DNA. Also we learned that RNA is single stranded. RNA copies DNA by separating the two strands and then attaching the opposite base of the DNAs bases. Also instead of thynine to attach to adnine RNA uses uricil. Once RNA is done forming it detaches it self from the DNA and the two DNA strands go back together. Also we learned that there are two types of RNA Messenger RNA and Transfer RNA.
We learned how a protein is created. First the MRNA copies the DNA. Then the MRNA gives the copy of the DNA to the rybosomes. The rybosomes use the Copy of the DNA as instructions to build a protein. Next the rybosomes tell the MRNA and the TRNA to put together amino acids to form a protein.
